Agent Network

We have more than 450 agent partners within our network that can help give you a local presence in virtually any market in the United States. Many of our agents have the capacity to act as distribution centers or forward stocking locations.

There are literally thousands of main line and specialty and local delivery businesses across the country, but very few are eligible to become partners in our network. Since we are ISO Certified and realize that your reputation is at stake, we only look for agents that are extremely customer sensitive, and already have in place strict operating procedures and the means to take corrective actions.

All of our agents and drivers must pass a detailed background check, and be identified by uniform and id badge when working with NLG clients. We also demand that our agents have current insurance, and only use late model vehicles that are in good condition.

Our Agents must be available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. They must also demonstrate the ability to provide real time, 2 way communication with their drivers. They must have the information systems in place that are needed to form a complete interface with our IT network so that real time tracking and proofs of delivery are available to clients.
