Secure 24/7 Access to Your Orders, Inventory and Other Information

As described below, our extensive online real time capabilities will allow you to place and track orders, receive quotes and PODS, update inventory and much more without having to make a phone call. Only one account is needed as multiple authorized users within the same organization may access the account.

Orders
The New Order Menu is used to place orders, check inventory, designate recipients for PODs and receive quotes. This process proceeds quickly since the New Order fields will automatically populate pick lists based on your entries, Address Book and Preferences.

PODs will automatically be sent upon pickup and delivery to the email addresses of the recipients that you entered, and can also be retrieved through the Tracking Menu.

Inventory
Inventory levels can be checked and searched in total; or by forward stocking location and product number through the order entry screen. Inventory can also be added through this menu.

Tracking
The Tracking menu is used to view the real time progress of your current orders, and review the completion of past orders. As soon as an order is submitted, whether by an online user or a customer service rep, the order is available for Tracking.

Reports
This section of the online system allows you to view and print accounting-related reports such as Statement Sheets and Invoices.

Address Book
The Address Book is a convenient way to enter your pickup and delivery locations for future use. This allows you to add, edit and/or delete pickup and delivery locations that are used to populate the pick lists in the ordering fields.

References
References allows you to enter an unlimited number of References or Reference Numbers into the account for access at any time. This is useful for firms that require real-time Reference validation during the order process.

My Profile
The My Profile screen holds custom information relevant to a single user's online account, as well as company specific information. The selections within My Profile will help make the entire online process more simple by catering to the user's specific preferences.
