Reverse Logistics

While the on demand, time sensitive delivery of critical parts and goods to your customers is essential, the materials that they are replacing often represent significant value or opportunities for quality control.

Quality Control, Validation
Mission critical parts and medical devices must be returned in the event of system or patient failure to verify performance.

Remanufacturing
A variety of electronic and mechanical parts can be refurbished and sold as refurbished spares.

Recycling
Parts may contain precious metals or other materials of value that can be recovered through recycling. Suppliers may also offer recycling to their customers to help reduce waste streams.

Disposal
In some cases, parts may contain regulated materials that cannot be properly processed for disposal by end users.

Besides providing time critical on demand delivery, as well as close to customer forward locations, the National Logistics Group also offers return services, or Reverse Logistics.

In most cases the return pickup can be coordinated with the initial delivery, and the failed parts and components, or retail goods, immediately returned to you or delivered to your supplier.
