Real Time Tracking is Just a Click or Call Away

All orders placed with the National Logistics Group are entered into our server based Transportation Management System, or TMS. This happens automatically when orders are placed online, or through our customer service department when you place your order by phone or fax.

Every aspect of the order is updated in the TMS as the order progresses, and can be tracked by simply visiting our web site and entering your order number on the tracking screen. In addition, clicking on any order number in your online account will reveal the status of that order.

For orders involving a delivery, tracking is updated when the order is placed, when the order is picked up, when it’s in transit and when the order is completed. All of our drivers utilize quick connect communications devices or GPS, so the data is in real time.

Once the order is completed, a  Proof of Delivery (POD) is automatically generated by the TMS and sent to your online account, as well as any email addresses that you designated for receipt when you placed your order.

PODs can be sent when the order is picked up and when delivery is completed.
