Beginning with delivery personnel who are equipped with the latest two way wireless communications devices that allow for the instantaneous capture and transmission of delivery information, through to our intuitive online system, we make it easy for you to get the information that you need, when you need it.

Since you operate in a 24/7 world, we have Uninterrupted Power Supplies that allow for 24 hours of operation even in the event of a major power failure. Those are in turn backed up with independent generators within each location. These failure systems are routinely tested to ensure continued operation in the event of long duration power outages.

We also have redundant internet connections and services with 2 separate Tier 1 Internet Service Providers. Should one fail, you still have access.
